REFUND POLICY

You have the right to return or exchange the product (s) within 7 (seven) days from receiving it.

You are taking the risk for the Product (s) during the return. We will charge the damage from your purchase amount if it is damaged.

You have the right to return the Product (s) in the following cases:

  • You did not use the Product (s).
  • The Product (s) is in the conditions you received it in, and all the parts of the Product (s) are included in the branded package.
  • You need the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aesanatole.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to use without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved and return is initiated you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. It will take 10-14 days to receive the refund on your account. Please remember it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
